These delicious burritos are the latest creation from our friends at Taco Bell. I've learned how to make these at home using leftover baked potatoes and bacon from breakfast. I always make extra baked potatoes to cut up and have for breakfast. The potatoes can be diced and fried with taco seasoning to start this copycat recipe.
- Crispy Bacon
- Seasoned Taco Meat
- Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Seasoned Potatoes
- Sour Cream
- Flour Tortillas
I use a griddle to fry the potatoes, bacon and heat up leftover taco meat.
Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and lay on the grill to warm and soften.
Heat up some nacho cheese sauce in the microwave.
Load your burrito with all the ingredients.
Roll up and enjoy.
